How to enable Developer options on your Android device

Activating Developer options on a Google Pixel phone:

1. Navigate to the Settings app.
2. Select About phone.
3. Find and tap Build number.
4. Hit Build number seven times until the “You are now a developer!” notification appears.

Activating Developer options on a OnePlus phone:

1. Access Settings, then About Device, and choose Version.
2. Press Build number seven times until the identical notification pops up.

Activating Developer options on a Samsung phone:

1. Head to Settings, About Phone, then Software Information.
2. Continuously tap Build number until the “You are now in Developer mode!” message displays.
